What we could do— and in what order

There are a lot of things we could work on together to drive more membership signups. This is a pretty comprehensive list of those things. We could potentially do all of them over time.

It's helpful for us to know what are your top priorities. If we work together on a retainer, this can be the initial list we work on together. Of course, you can change the order or add other things into the priority list whenever you need.
